RSVP forms for the Halloween Party will be coming home today. If you are planning to volunteer to assist with a classroom Halloween Party, please be sure to complete and return the form.  As you know, your students’ safety is a top priority at South and it is important that staff be able to determine not only who is in the building, but where they can be found at all times.  Further, due to classroom sizes, the number of party volunteers, the use of hallways for party games, along with the fact that parties will be taking place at different times (i.e. some students will be receiving educational instruction while other class parties are ongoing), it is important that volunteers remain with the class for which they have volunteered.
