PTC Board – Secretary needed – We are still in need of a Secretary for the 2014/2015 PTC Board. If you are interested in being on the PTC Board next year, please consider nominating yourself or someone you know who you think would be good on the Board. If you nominate someone, the current Board will contact him/her to discuss the nomination. The main duties of Secretary include taking notes at meetings, publishing monthly newsletters and updating the blog and Facebook. It is a great opportunity to get involved! We would like to have all Board members selected by this Friday’s PTC meeting. Please contact any current Board member if you have any questions.

East Elementary has organized a pancake breakfast Saturday, March 8th to celebrate the life of Alyssa Arends. Alyssa was the daughter of Mr. Arends, our P.E. teacher at South. She lost her courageous battle with cancer yesterday.
